How Does Toronto Low Commission (Discounted Commission) Work ?
  • If you are within 1 hour away from GTA I'll (Sean Azim) will come and meet you at the property, and we'll talk and discuss how we're going to sell your property.  I'll take the pictures, install the for sale sign and the lockbox and have the paper work signed.
  • If you are more than 1 hour away from GTA, we will email/fax you the listing agreement and other MLS forms and agreements which are required, you'll fill them out and fax it back to our office (905) 565-6677 Attention Sean Azim.
  • We'll ask you to email us all the pictures you want us to upload on to MLS (Max 9)
  • Once we receive all the paper work, we will upload your property on to MLS ( within 24 hours.

We'll list your property for one low Commission on MLS system with the benefit of having a Full service Realtor for discounted commission.  Once your property is listed on MLS, all of the real estate agents in your area and their buyers will be notified that your home is on the market through the Realtor® MLS ( system.

Also your property's photo and information will appear on hundreds of the top real estate Internet web sites like, formally, MSN, Lycos, Alta Vista, Ask Jeeves, AOL, and many more. Your listing will be exposed to millions of buyers around the world.

Buyers, and their agents (if they have one), will schedule a showing of your home. If you accept an offer, you pay one low commission to listing brokerage, plus 2-2.5% commission to Buyer Broker.  It is STRONGLY recommended that you pay full 2.5% to Buyer Agent.

Compared to traditional real estate brokers, who charge a commission of approximately 5%, you will save approximately $1500 or more for every $100,000 of your home's sale price! If your house does not sell, you pay absolutely no commission.

TORONTO, February 19, 2013 – Greater Toronto Area REALTORS® reported 2,823 sales through the TorontoMLS system during the first 14 days of February. This result represented a decline of 8.3 per cent compared to the same period in 2012.
"The number of transactions was lower for most home types in comparison to last year, but so too was the number of new listings. This means that market conditions remained quite tight, especially for low- rise home types. The result was continued price growth over last year," said Toronto Real Estate Board President Ann Hannah.
The average selling price for TorontoMLS transactions in the first half of February was $509,061 – up by four per cent in comparison to the same time last year.
